关于成立浙江百算公司及Teammer产品业务拆分的公告

在世界互联网大会永久举办地——桐乡市市政府的无偿资助及房租减免等大力支持下，经杭州百算信息技术有限公司（以下简称“杭州百算”）董事会研究决定，发起成立浙江百算信息技术有限公司（以下简称“浙江百算”），将Teammer业务从杭州百算独立出来并交由浙江百算运营，浙江百算负责Teammer产品的研发及全球市场的运营、杭州百算代为负责Teammer产品在杭州市场的运营。

浙江百算信息技术有限公司注册金1010万元，位于桐乡市国家级科技企业孵化器——桐乡科创园，其管理团队均来自杭州百算的精英团队，在杭州百算工作均超过3年，其中60%以上拥有硕士及以上学位、30%以上拥有博士后学位，股东团队中60%以上拥有硕士及以上学位，20%以上拥有博士及以上学位。

浙江百算将同杭州百算一起，共同为浙江经济的腾飞做出应有的贡献，为中华民族之崛起贡献一份力量！

I donwdoaled the mix tape last night (thanks to this post) and am super into it, kind of. About half of the songs are awesome, but the other half are whiny crap that I’m totally not into. But yeah. Backed.
